Scope of application:
Suitable for solid materials and performance equal to and greater than 250 kg/M3 density foam. Requires the use of two different shapes of test samples to characterization of the characteristics of rectangular bar of the test sample to evaluate the flammability and combustion time of material, rectangular test samples to evaluate the ability of material resistant to burn through.
Meet the standard:
Conforming to GB/t5169.17-2008 500W flame test method;
Comply with IEC 60695-11-20 '500W flame test method' standard;
A method and B method of the 5VA and 5VB standard UL94 5-v vertical combustion test are in conformity with UL94, and B is the test bar, and B method is the test piece.
Meet the standard of ASTM D5048 "measuring the combustion characteristics and anti-burn wear of solid plastics";
Comply with the ISO 10351 test standard.

Combustion chamber:
Box body: 0.75 m3, with CNC machine tool processing and forming, the arc shape is beautiful and generous. High quality SUS304 stainless material/baking paint, with beautiful anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics.
The top of the box is equipped with a smoke exhaust system. When the test is completed, the exhaust gas can be discharged outside. During the test, the system is stopped.
The box body is equipped with the steel glass observation window which can be sealed in the test, so as to observe the test situation.

Combustion burner:
The company's homemade torch is fully compliant with GB/T5169.15-2008 flame A or C.
